To reset your virtual environment:
- Click Troubleshoot
- Click All
- Find Reset virtual environment, then click Reset
- Confirm by clicking the red Reset button
If you are still having issues, it is likely you have an invalid mirror or other user configuration issue. This could be from a previous version, or an interrupted installation.
- Click Troubleshooting
- Click All
- Run the Reinstall task
- Once the app restarts, instead of installing again, close the app
- In Finder, browse to your installation directory
- Rename the user directory - e.g. user.tmp
- Reinstall the app as normal
