# Why automatic update can't work?

Computer: Acer7  
when i double click comfy desktop from deskpage.it says automatic update after a min, but nothing happend and i cant open it as well. how to solve this problem? i already reinstall the soft and check the pytoch, python lines, reopen my computer. DID anyone need to face this situation just like this？
