Billing portal shows Internal Server Error when upgrading subscription

I am trying to upgrade my subscription from Standard to Creator/Pro (choose the one you tried) on the monthly plan, but the billing portal fails to load with the following error:

Internal Server Error

Details:

  • Current plan: Standard
  • Target plan: Creator / Pro
  • Attempted payment method: [Credit Card / PayPal]
  • VPN / Location: [Japan, using US VPN]
  • Browser: [Chrome / Edge / etc.]

I have already tried:

  • Clearing browser cache and cookies
  • Re-login
  • Using different browsers
  • Using a VPN

The error persists, preventing me from upgrading. Could you please help me resolve this issue?
