I am trying to upgrade my subscription from Standard to Creator/Pro (choose the one you tried) on the monthly plan, but the billing portal fails to load with the following error:
Internal Server Error
Details:

- Current plan: Standard
- Target plan: Creator / Pro
- Attempted payment method: [Credit Card / PayPal]
- VPN / Location: [Japan, using US VPN]
- Browser: [Chrome / Edge / etc.]

I have already tried:
- Clearing browser cache and cookies
- Re-login
- Using different browsers
- Using a VPN
The error persists, preventing me from upgrading. Could you please help me resolve this issue?
