I’m just starting with the app and wanted to practice with it on my own computer. Regardless of having an ‘Status: Ok’ It say that it’s unable to start the app, at least on AMD option from Windows. I’m stuck, and don’t know how to fix this issue… but I reeeeally want to use this app. Any advise?
This just happened to me: I’ve been using comfy for the last six months. I think it is the new update: everything was fine yesterday. NVIDIA here.
Same as you. I thought the issue was on my side, but it seems even a complete reinstall couldn’t solve anything. NVIDIA here as well.

Hello guys, I think that I messed up my ComfyUI… 
I was trying to get back the old Manager (to install models over the Model Manager), then turned on the “Use legacy Manager UI” (to switch back to legacy Manager UI)… It asked to restart the Desktop app. Then I got the error “Unable to start ComfyUI Desktop V0.8.23”. 
I’ve searched for a config file to change that option manually, but didn’t find anything,
