The error indicates you are having network issues. You will need an empty virtual environment to continue.

To reset your virtual environment:

  1. Click Troubleshoot
  2. Click All
  3. Find Reset virtual environment, then click Reset
  4. Confirm by clicking the red Reset button

After this is done, another task should light up with an error - install python packages. This needs to be completed, too.
