i have 2 images A & B, the image A is the character and image B is the pose, i ant to apply the pose from image B to image A but i just cant seem to figure out how, uploading my current workflow

I’d recommend grabbing some workflows from community hubs - from what I can see in the image, you’re generating a latent from a very large input image, and using an SD1.5 model (which are designed for 512x512).
I’m not knowledgeable about this wireframe posing plugin, but here is what I do.
Install a background removal plugin, and set this up to extract the mask it creates.
You can then use this layer mask to generate an image over the persons mask. Some tweaking to steps/cfg will place the render within the mask and it usually looks correct.
