Perhaps you should start with standard versions of the models (if you already haven’t). If those come out fine you then know the models and ComfyUI are working fine. The issue with merged models and/or loras by third parties may not be up to the same standards. And individual settings of these same models may need to be finely tuned to get the results the model creator show on his examples. There are quite a few settings in ComyfyUI that can be tweaked and a lot of times playing around with some of them may yield different results. Or just a different seed. Just make sure you’re using the same settings recommended by the creator if he’s given them.
I noticed 3 different loras in your image above. And lora stacks can fight one another, too. Simp[lify first; try one, produce, add the next . . . until you get to a “problem” generation. Maybe find a better lora that will work for your purpose. Or maybe the arrangement is a problem: switch positions.
ComfyUI and its numerous workflows and modules are great resources! Models and loras are freely abundant to finally get what you want. But it takes some time to get familiar with weights and nodes to regularly produce results. Asking is fine; I do a lot of that myself. And sometimes while I’m waiting for a reply to my question, I go back to my project and tweak this or that for a better result and voila’ it works!
With so many variations of models and workflows, it’s hard to pin point what a specific person is doing incorrectly with only one picture showing only part of the workflow, too. Cite the name of the author, name of workflow or a full picture or URL of the workflow you’re using. Then someone might say “Hey! That’s the one I use and I changed X, X and X and the generations are flawless now.” The more information you provide, the better your answers will be. Hope that gets you started . . .
