Is there an easy way to replace Getnode / Setnode with regular links?

People keep using these custom nodes in their workflows and it annoys me to no end, especially when they “cleverly” hide the get node under another node. It makes the entire workflow an incomprehensible disjointed mess. Same goes for anything anywhere but at least that shows where it connects to when selected.

So my question is if there is a way to get rid of all getnode/setnode nodes from a workflow and replace them with regular connections?

I don’t really expect a solution, but at least I vented some of my frustration about this. And while we are talking frustrations: Please for the love of everything that’s holy, STOP using black base color for nodes in your workflows! It’s incomprehensibly ugly!

I’m afraid you won’t be able to educate anyone to do it your way. The only thing that helps is to recreate the workflow …

I feel the same when people use the group nodes option. Every single time I need to ungroup to understand what’s happening. :sweat_smile:
