No NVIDIA GPU was detected - wont install

Using ComfyUI Setup 0.3.18 - x64 on Windows 11 Pro
But I do have an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super GPU installed.
I have been using ComfyUI browser version without problems.
