Nodes not spawning after hitting enter, dragging, or double clicking from Search Feature.

I’ve installed the full manual version – and that gave me the exact same results in the browser version as well.
Has anyone else had this issue – possible fixes?

Has this been acknowledged? Is there a local fix for this I can try? I’ve uninstalled, fresh install, AND used a fresh git install, and in both, the search function is not allowing me to spawn nodes. I’ve cleared caches, etc.
