The wait time for the installer to download was a little too fast when my network probably wasn’t very fast. You can provide selection of this file during the boot install or you can wait
long as possible for it to download (even if the download speed is slow, but it does allow for a longer wait time when downloading).

The entire issue you’re facing appears to be network-related. Do you have access to a stable network to use during installation? Failing that, with version 0.4.3, you can retry installation to the same location - without needing to delete the install location and start from scratch.
