Unable to install Comfyui - 'No pyenv.cfg'

Hi all, trying to reinstall Comfyui. I have previously uninstalled it and deleted folders.
Now on the reinstall, I get through the UI until it fails, with the following error:

Error: Python process exited with code 106 and signal null
no pyenv.cfg file

I’m running Windows 11.

Did some googling and got nowhere. Any advice?

C：\Users\M\AppData\Roaming找到这个路径下的comfyui文件夹并删除，再重新安装看看能不能解决

Thank you. I have tried that and it did not work. Same error occurs.
