new to comfy UI!! just downloaded the dmg file and unfortunately failed installing…

I’m also having same issue
same here, It worked, but after a restart, It won’t startup anyore
me too. i already tried to do all the troubleshooting commands but nothing. i also tried to reinstall comfy.
What macOS do you have installed for those who cannot get ComfyUI to run?
I am using macOS Sequoia 15.3.1 and do not have any issue in starting up v0.4.30 Desktop

M3 max -96GB ram, so it should do ?
Every time by installing some missing nodes, ComfyUI blocks, won’t restart anymore
Am I understanding you correctly, ComfyUI did work, but when you installed some missing nodes, then it stoped working? What if you go to ComfyUI/custom_nodes and delete the folder that is the name of the node that you wanted to install. Does ComfyUI now work?

Guys, I fixed it! 1. Change the application base path in “troubleshoot” to a folder on your desktop.
2. Delete everything in that map you just created. 3. In “troubleshoot”, press “Reinstall ComfyUI”. Thanks me later

重装主程序有效，我之前以为还要重新配置各种环境，后来发现不用，这对于计算机小白来说很省事。感谢！ 
The same issue: after updating to version V0430 and restarting, it fails to boot. Even after reinstalling, it cannot start normally as long as updates are applied.
it doesn’t work either
WTF， how to fix this ? I have this issue too.
