Was not able to restart Comfyui

Eah time I need to restart comfyui V1 on Windows 11, nothing happens. I try to close the window I try de “Quite Comfy” from tray icon bar…
The only way I found is to use Windows Task manager to kill the process to be able to switch it off then launch it manually again.
Here is a part of log found in “main.log” file in comfyui V1 folder “\AppData\Roaming\ComfyUI\logs”

Should be working now. What version are you on?

Hello,
Still not working. I have updated to v 0.3.15
I still need to kill manually the process in windows task manager

Can you try uninstalling it from System Settings and then try the installer again? Sorry about that. Sometimes you need to uninstall it and do a clean install.

Thanks for support.
Uninstalled it completely as described in the ComfyUI desktop user guide, and made a new fresh install. This time it’s working fine when restarting from Manager, or closing the window. Perfect
Root cause maybe: I figured out that using a custom installation of comfyui Pinokio to get user settings and models made this new installation bugging. So I’ll try fix it manually by copying manually some settings, and changing Comfy config file to point to Pinokio’s models directories.

Still have another issue, with Manager saying “Your ComfyUI is too OUTDATED!!!”. When checked Manager version, it says “Manager: V2.51.9”.
Same problem described here, but on Windows 11 for me https://forum.comfy.org/t/the-installed-comfyui-does-not-have-a-git-repository/465

Thanks for letting us know!

We currently install a stable version of ComfyUI, 0.3.2 right now, which from 4 days ago. So Manager will display that error.
