Add an option to choose where to load and save models to

Please add a feature to make it possible to download or store models in a different location and auto-detect them to not have to redownload every model for every AI program.
For example, I use Stable Diffusion WebUI and Jan on a regular basis but I need to redownload or rename and move the exact same model when I want to use it in ComfyUI meaning I end up with 2 copies of the same model, which is a waste of space on my SSD.
Adding this feature would mean being able to download and use more models or store them on an external SSD.
