I am also getting the "[error] Error creating virtual environment: Error: File not found: " on an install attempt. Here is my main.log. I don’t think there is a comfyui.log file yet (if there is, I don’t know where it is).

I also tried deleting
C:\Users\evila\AppData\Local\Programs@comfyorgcomfyui-electron

and

the running it again as admin. The log looks the same. If I leave the installer open, this gets added to the log file:

it looks to me like it’s not successfuly creating the .venv folder.

Confirming I have the same issue (uv.exe exists but it fails to find a file, and I also suspect an issue with venv). Also tried deleting files and reinstalling, to no avail.
