After the ComfyUI 0.6 update, the ComfyUI Manager no longer opens and fails during loading.
Previously, the operating system was installed on drive C, and I was getting a sqlite3 blocking error.
After that, I installed it on drive D.
With the previous version (0.5.8), the Manager was working.
I downloaded a node, it automatically updated, and then the Manager disappeared.
Now I am getting a Manager installation/loading error.
